Complaints

Escalation

  • If the operator is unresponsive after seven days from the first ticket, we escalate the complaint to the regulator listed on their licence page — Curaçao eGaming, MGA or the KGC in Kahnawake — using the standard dispute form. We copy the reader on the submission so you can follow the file at the regulator yourself. Operators licensed in Curaçao are escalated through the master-licence holder, which usually accelerates the file by a week. The regulator's decision, when it comes, is appended to the review page as a dated note.

How to complain

  • Write to the editorial inbox with the operator name, your account ID, the amount in rand and the dates of the deposit and the payout request. Attach screenshots of the cashier page, the pending payout and any email from support. The more concrete the file, the faster the operator moves — vague complaints without dates and amounts take three times as long to resolve, because the operator's compliance team has to open the ticket from scratch instead of looking up a specific transaction.

What we can do

  • We can relay the file to the operator's affiliate manager, who often has a direct line to the payment desk, and we can publish the outcome on the review page as a dated edit note. We cannot force a payout — the regulator can, which is why escalation matters and why we never recommend operators without a working regulator channel. We do not take commission from readers for complaint handling; it is part of the editorial service and is funded by the general operations of the site.
